I still need commissions but for different reasons then I have previously mentioned.

In the past week I have lost two good friends of mine to Muscular Dystrophy.
Both were only sixteen.
I went to one of the memorials today, especially since I couldn't make it to the first. The boy today was a very good friend of mine, we have grown together, we always had gone to our camp together, and my heart was broken.

I myself having a single form of one of the 42 Neuro-muscular Disorders covered by the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and one of the very few not life threatening. Most of my dear friends however, are not so lucky. In fact I lost my dearest friend, my best friend in the world to MD 3 years ago this month.

I am tired of having to go to the funerals of young people, my friends, who are cut short much before they should have been. I am going to do all I can to help the MDA raise money for research to find cures and safe so many young people from having to suffer needlessly.
The MDA gets no money from the government, no grants, just the money they can raise on their own and from good hearted people kind enough to donate it.


I am now offering commissions toward this cause.

This will run on a donation type of basis, as in donate this much, get this. I know with the economy the way it is,money is hard, that way I don't try not to make people feel too pressured, just please, please, give as much as you can...and in return and in thanks I will make you a picture...I know my art may not be up to some standards...but this is to help some of the people that I love most.

I currently don't have a goal....but I want to make as much as possible before labor day, and if that means I don't sleep till then.
